Changes in Education Loan Regulations:
The “New TILA/Regulation Z” and You

Are your students scrambling in this economic climate to find funding for their schooling?

The Federal Reserve Board, as mandated by Congress in action on the Higher Education Opportunity Act in 2008, has promulgated new rules that will be in force as of February 2010.

Make sure you have an understanding of how these new rules on Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act, and their definitions of a “Private Education Lender” and “Private Education Loan,” their restrictions on co-branding, and their approved forms, may affect you and your students.

Get your registration in, and mark your calendar for Wednesday, February 24, 2010 for this important webinar.
